By downloading, installing or using Cyber Glide ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own entertainment on devices you own or control.

3. Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with game memory, automate play, or submit falsified scores to the leaderboard. We may remove scores, reset progress, or ban display names that violate fair-play rules, at our discretion.

4. Leaderboard Content

Your chosen display name is visible to other players. Do not use names that are offensive, infringing, impersonating, or that contain personal information about others. We may remove or filter such names.

5. Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising. By using the app you acknowledge that ads are shown as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its artwork, code, name and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
